In addition to representing hundreds of buyers and sellers over the past 20 years in real estate, Kyle has owned numerous personal and investment properties. His vast experience (he is a former attorney who clerked at the Ninth Circuit and litigated for 4 years) provides a strong foundation of sound judgment and nimble problem solving. The Frazier Bowes Team ranks in the Top 1% of agents in Marin County and are one of the top producing teams in the North Bay region year after year. Through care and trust, their focus is to turn houses into homes and clients into family.
First and foremost, Kyle makes every effort to ensure his clients get what they want. To be sure, everyone has different objectives. Some people want the highest possible price. Others emphasize confidentiality and privacy. Some want to buy “this home” no matter the price, while others focus on value. Whatever it is you want, Kyle will take the time to discuss your goals and the reasons behind them to better understand the big picture. Then, he will work hard to ensure your goals are not just met, but that a meaningful alpha is secured.
Kyle is frequently interviewed and quoted by local and national media (including The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Marin Extraordinary Living, San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, Tiburon Ark, Novato Advance, NorthBayBiz, and The Residential Specialist). Kyle has also been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters.
Kyle’s dedication to his craft is enhanced and demonstrated by his commitment to continuing education. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – one of just a few in Marin. This is the highest level of distinction granted by the National Association of Realtors, requiring exceptional experience, sales results, and educational requirements. Kyle is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). This combination of credentials is extremely rare and hard to obtain — there are only a couple of such agents in the entire Bay Area region.
Kyle believes it is his job to make sure that the constellation of terms relating to the sale of your home is the highest and best possible under governing market conditions. As a former attorney, Kyle’s negotiation skills are first class. On the listing side, Kyle can and will get you the highest possible price once negotiations begin with prospective buyers and their agents. While marketing is important (Kyle will cover this in a detailed Marketing Proposal once he has viewed your home), pricing and negotiations are where your net return is maximized. Kyle’s experience and judgment are critical in creating a path to success. Kyle’s skills are equally strong when representing buyers.
Kyle also has unique experience marketing and selling new home developments in Marin County. Kyle was selected as the sole listing agent, responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and negotiations, for The Landing at Hamilton. This 29-home home development located in Hamilton Field, Novato, was developed by Barker Pacific Group (owner of dozens of large scale office buildings in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix, among other places) and in cooperation with Devcon Construction (builder of Levi’s Stadium). Kyle sold out The Landing in impressive fashion despite the fact that the homes were built in the middle of the largest real estate downturn in 80 years. Kyle was also the listing agent for Rudnick Estates in Novato.
Finally, Kyle respects and adheres to the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion. Many of Kyle’s sellers value intensive levels of privacy and minimal inconvenience, stress and or incursions into the home by non-qualified buyers. Historically, approximately 20% of Kyle’s sales have occurred under the radar. To accomplish this Kyle is an active member in the two most influential agent networking groups in the Bay Area — the Top Agent Network (TAN, which is the top 10% of agents) and the Marin Platinum Group, consisting of the top 100 agents in the County. If discretion and effectiveness are important to you, call Kyle.
Kyle is married and spends most of his time outside of work with his wife Joanna and two daughters. They like to golf, fish, play tennis, hang out at the beach and enjoy nature in their kayaks and on their paddleboards. The Fraziers are members at Marin Country Club.
